Post-Game Report #38 - Tomahawks Win In A Blowout - Also, Tomahawks Make Several Transactions

The Tomahawks announced a number of transactions before Friday‘s game against Danbury including a new goalie to the roster. Here’s an excerpt from the team‘s official press release:


Goaltender Liam Gross and Forward Carson Galin have been released by the Tomahawks. Galin was acquired by the El Paso Rhinos and will be joining them


Defenseman Tyler DesRochers was acquired from the Northeast Generals in mid-January. Since joining the Tomahawks, the Howell, New Jersey native has two assists in four games.

Goaltender Dom Wasik has been acquired from the Aberdeen Wings. The Superior, Colorado native joins the Tomahawks with a 10-7-0-1 record to his name in the 2021-22 season.

Forward Alex Walker has been acquired from the Wichita Falls Warriors, joining former teammate goaltender Matt O’Donnell on the Tomahawks roster. Being a local product, coming from Latrobe, Pennsylvania, Walker spent three seasons playing with the Esmark Stars program. Walker had three goals and six assists in 38 games this season with the Warriors.
